Introducing New American cuisine as our guide, we offer familiar dishes with unique ethnic and flavorful twists and styles on the foods that people love to eat. Our goal is to offer customers what they want. Truxton's American Bistro will continually create seasonal dishes that will enhance the experience and cater to our customers' values and attitude. Customers eat with their eyes first. We serve on interesting shaped china and build our dishes to have a WOW factor as they are presented.

Bistro burgers with a choice of beef, turkey or Ahi topped with a variety of cheeses, sauces and salsas. We also feature family style dining where we encourage our diners to share dishes and taste their way through our varied menu.

In today's world there is very little loyalty in one's dining choice. It is our goal, and quite possibly the winning formula, that by offering convenience and eat the way you want no-veto menu and a value price point consumers will be talking about, we will be able to hold on to and create the crave factor through the quality, consistency and tastes of our food.
